Try this new product- Chocolate Truffle Cake!!! It’s a truly decadent dessert, combining two layers of flourless chocolate cake with Heather’s Gourmet special chocolate truffle filling as a frosting. This cake is a perfect end to any holiday meal (or a midnight snack…) and you can choose what flavor you prefer- amaretto, orange, Irish whiskey, kahlua (coffee) or plain. All are made with dark chocolate. Decorations may vary. It comes in two sizes- 6 inch cake (serves 8-10) $20, eight inch cake (serves 10-14) $30. Hire her to cater your parties so you can sit back and relax and enjoy your friends, family and the delicious foods she offers. She also works as a personal chef, which is someone you can hire who will cook multiple meals for you to eat at a later date. Just reheat and serve, kind of like a TV dinner, but way better. The personal chef will either cook the meals in your own home, or off site to be delivered at your convenience. Heather Bingham is sanitation certified and fully insured.
