Appetizers

 

Chili Rubbed Shrimp with Avocado Corn Salsa– spicy chilled shrimp served with a tangy and robust salsa.

Shrimp Cocktail-  large, chilled shrimp served with Heather’s Gourmet signature cocktail sauce.

 

Soup or Salad

 

Crab Salad– lump crab meat, lime, avocado, jalapeno, red onion and fresh cilantro on a slice of tomato.

 

Entrée

 

Steak au Poivre– an 8 ounce filet mignon crusted with crushed peppercorns, served with a red wine sauce.

 

Broiled Rib-eye– an inch thick steak, broiled to your specifications, served with caramelized onions and mushrooms or bleu cheese butter.

Garlic and Rosemary Roast Rack of Lamb- liberally seasoned with fresh garlic and rosemary, this delicious roasted lamb is served with a red wine sauce and mint jelly on the side.

Veal Marsala– tender pan fried veal in a Marsala and mushroom sauce, served with pan fried cheese polenta– choose only one side for this entrée.

 

Dessert-

 

Chocolate Truffle Cake– the finest of desserts created by Heather’s Gourmet, this cake is a two layer flourless chocolate torte, filled and frosted with chocolate truffle filling. Truly a decadent dessert– choose regular, amaretto, orange or kahlua flavor.
